h) If unsure, check with the relevant authorities or even the person in question.

I know that he(FOS) is trying his best to make peace to some people in the forum. I respect his decision.
if thats so, then earlier on in this thread u shouldn't have tried to sabotage his efforts and then go on to open a new thread to start a war. Next time don't do it ok? Especially if u DO respect your friend FOS's decision. -
