  punggol jetty try using the earthworm baits. tts the prefer food of choice by the fishes in that area.
  
  the pierce reserviors can fish also. they have resident snakeheads bt u must use artificial bait. fresh bait is prohibited.
  
  sentosa tanjung beach. used to b a good spot. havnt tried it in a long time.
  
  sentosa siloso beach. got a few nice ones b4 n even spotted a 3foot barra once.
  
  other thn tt go rent aboat w a couple of frens. probably cost oni $500 onwards for a days worth of fishing n the local waters can b surprising.
