Anway, Cold storage, customer Service Manager called me just now to apologise....
Saying that he will investigate, blah blah blah...den oso say that GUARDIAN & Cold Storage is under 1 Family.. So there shoundn't be any difference at all....
Also told me dat they will do a refund of $3, and ask me when free? Frequentl any cold storage? So I told dem near my office wan, he say will arrange for my refund to be collected from the store manager.
Hmm...at least they call me, was quite shock when I received a call about 7.30pm...thought who sia..
Me actually already over abt dat issue...but since they call me to explain the suitation...I decided to play along lor....
Conculsion, at least they bother to call me to explain...Hmm..Dat is call Gd After Sales customers Service...Well, look lik they r not dat bad aft all.... -

Cold Storage is very on with their follow up!!! Just complain and they will call you immediately to find out what is wrong or if they can't solve it they usually direct you to their supplier. -
Me also got 1 case last Dec kena con by shop
Last Dec, me decided to go to one factory warehouse in AMK Ind PArk 2 to by TV advertise at $388. Later decide to buy plasma TV instead. The shop said that if I can find same model at cheaper price will refund me. So I buy.
Later me nephew go BEST Denki buy same model TV at same price as me but got free DVD from manufacturer. Me call manufacturer and ask if me got free DVD. He say if I bring my guarantee card to him he will give me. Me go there with guarantee card. When supplier see my guarantee card, he said DVD collected. Me ask how. You see, the shop offer to send out the guarantee card on me behalf. me thought good service but the collect me DVD without me knowledge. Me go shop to argue with them but they refuse to return
So me go to CASE the toothless tiger for help. Case listen to me case and ask me to pay $30 to register as member before they will look into me case. They say no guarantee can get me DVD as they can only talk to shop on me behalf. If they refuse to response, CASE can do nothing and me got to go to small claim court. Me too lan with CASE so go to small claim court to register instead.
Small claim court see me case and tell me it does not fall into cheating case and cannot help. So me did not get me free DVD.
The moral : Me will never go to that f**king shop again.

I'm totally impress by their after sales service...in fact they can jus treat it as a normal complain n ignore it...no big deal to lose a customer lik me, me ain't no big shopper or spender..they can afford to lose me.. but they take an effort to try to salvage the problems and improve on their service...tis is 1 thing Dat they shd be proud of...They are customer-orientedOriginally posted by elindra:+1 !!!!
