wisdom teeth...!!

erm... my dearie got wisdom teeth and he's gettin lots of pain sia... is there any other ways to get rid of it other dan pullin it out??? he said havin infection already and i think the pain unbearable leh... now he taking painkillers and antibotics to bring down the pain...
can dun go dentist anot?? or is there any ways the dentist can pull it out without pain?? or other suggestions?? pls advice !!
i havent got wisdom tooth before... dunno how it feels leh... and i dunno how to help him ease the pain loh... but now i feel heartache la... *tsk tsk tsk!!* -
i'm worried sick lah... any suggestions?? i really cant think of anything else other dan to advise him to go pull it out nia...

my sis haf la.nth special.normal procedure.dun worry not pain one la.its onli after extraction where the anaestectic wears off den abit pain like all normal tooths when they come out.very normal betta solve it soon.no use suffering the pain when the end its still the same.EXTRACTION

can la,send him to the dentist as early as possible to relieve the pain as quick as possible.no use dragging,cuz in the end u still muz do it.so earlier the better go slp now.nth to worry about

If the wisdom tooth has not fully grown out, it will not be extraction but a minor operation.
Ask him to bear with it for now. I'm having a wisdom tooth problem on the right and a tm jaw problem on the left
I'm much worse off then he is. Yes, I'm on pain-killers too.
Maybe you can ask him to buy Medi-Jel from Guardian. It helps numb the pain and any itchiness he experiences at the gum area. -

Wisdom teeth are not pulled out. They are jackhammered to minute pieces, stubborn pieces are drilled till powder, then they are picked out piece by piece with a pincer, leaving a gaping hole where the wisdom teeth once was.

Anyway it should last too long. Mine is already much much better, just that it is itching like crazy now. Feel like a baby teething. I just love to eat cold jelly now and leave it at the wisdom tooth area. Haha. -
