My friend working routines:
Working hours for Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm(because he will never be able to finish the job by 6pm due to the enormous work load), Every Saturday 9am to 1pm.. 7 days annual leave.. No 13th month bonus but dependent on profits sharing..

I always encouraged forumers here to start their own business as being employees, you are paid according to your position and not your true capabilities.. Why deny yourself the opportunity when you think you are better than your boss?
My piece of advice:
Being Your Own Boss..
There's much more to being boss than hiring employees, purchasing supplies, managing finances and giving instructions.. In fact, there are practically 101 things you have to do just to get your business going..
Starting a business is challenging and it is easy to be overwhelmed.. To keep it moving forward, you must have a clear vision for the business and set realistic goals before you execute your ideas..
You also have to be constantly on the lookout for opportunities and ways to market your products or service better so as to increase sales.. If you are just starting out, don't be overly ambitious.. It'a best to keep the outlays and overheads to a minimum whenever possible..
Last but not least, always remain humble when you are successful.. you never know when the day will come when you need other people's help.. If you are focused, moltivated and determine to succeed, you will..
