Head Hunt

You need not to be a head hunter to answer this questions.
1)What kind of person will be head hunt?
2) How much do you think the person's salary?
3) Why do a company need to head hunt?
My opinion :
This person must be professional in some field and have special skills.
The salray offer is base on per annual and is at least 200K then is worth for a company to require head hunt's help.
If this person is getting a salary of 200K per annual and yet can crap in forums there must be something wrong with the company or the head hunter.
The offer from the new company is usually min 10K more than your current salary, it won't be $100 - $5K , its not worth the head hunter searching. -
FYI, Bankers, big shots, merchant .... drinks in afternoon during office hour, night time is for family. Therefore usually you get head hunted is in the afternoon not at night.
Brewworkz at river view offer special Happy Hour during 12pm - 3pm. Catch your changes there if you need a job

HR job agency look for job for everybody, they are not head hunter. If you can't make different between both, Most likely you won't be head haunt.
I receive many call from HR agents begging for position to offer them, there are many ppl without job outside waiting for interview. They have to call themselve head hunter to make ppl feel good when they get a new job as if they are head hunted
When you reaches 30+ you won't want ppl to feel you job hopping, and you won't hop to another company just for the 10 - 20% increment, it reflects very bad on you. -

but... i do see a few ppl here that claimed to be earning alot alot but still crapping here leh.... hmmmm maybe theirs is the below 199k range... still alot hor?
