Can try those nargortic patches where u patch on ur arm.....it will reduce ur crave for norgortine.....
B4 u quit, would advise u to cut down slowly, not totally quit, cos if sudden quit, ur body might nt able to take it, the withdraw syndrom too high, thus fall sick easily..... Cut down 2 no. of stick per day till u can stop totally....
