Creative Zen Touch for $420, isit worth it?

My ger jus bought a Creative Zen Touch, 20GB for $420....isit worth it?
Bought at simlim,
Creative Zen Touch 20GB-Hold 10,000WMA or 5,000 MP3
-up to 24hrhrs continuous playback
-FM radio, voice & FM recording via optional wired remote control (sold seperately, abt $70, she oso buy this!)
-USB 2.0 for fast transfer
-plays, WMA, Mp3, WAV.
-weight 203g/7.16oz batt (note:batt is inbuilt thus same as I-pod, dat's y i dun lik!)
-signal to noise ratio, up to 97dB
-channel seperation, up to 74dB
-frequency response, 20Hz -20kHz
-harmonic distortion output, less than 0.1%
So isit gd? worth it? Better den I-River H10 or H320?? -
