wen to KFC of cinelesu wif my gal ard 10.20pm on sat nite. E que was long, nevertheless, my gal wanna eat kfc, so we went in. She find a a seat n wait patiently while I go order. We've decide to eat 1st b4 go buy ticket n catch a movie.
E kfc crew was serving e customer v long, takin his own sweet time! IThere was 2ppl in front of me.
Aft waiting for quite sum time, It was my turn. So I order a 8treasure chest (8 bao he) consist of 2pcs chicken, 1zinger, 1 M size whipped, 1 M size coleslaw, 2 pepsi)
Here's wad e kfc crew say, "Sorry dun hav! All chicken dun hav liao!!" I was lik
que for so long u tell me dun hav! A few mins ago, I still saw ppl purchase dat item n they still hav...Y I dun hav! 
Nvm, so I call my gal cum n told her this, aft dat she wan popcorn chicken set (1 large popcorn chicken, 1 drink n 1 cheesy fries) So I order 2 set of dat!
Tis time e kfc crew say," Sorry dun hav(dunnoi wad fav, 4got e name liao) onli go tom yam fav." I was like 1st u saw dun hav chicken, ,nw dun hav dat......Nw only 10.45pm(lookin at my watch while scoldin at e kfc crew) so fast all sell out ah! 2nite site nite leh!!!
E Worst thing to cum was dat a gong gong dai dai guy behind me say. Oei u all finish order already!"
I wa super angry n mad at kfc liao, yet nw still gt punk wanna find trouble wif me!!! So I turned ard n shout at e guy, "YA U can NW take ur ORDER!!!"
Thus take my gal n left e restaurant. My gal n I even had a quarrel abt tis thing, but was solve in e end as I took her to NXT door burgerking for a meal.
Luckily burgerking still gt wad I have, have everything, summore hot hot wan, jus fresh from oven!
Seriously, I was Super angry wif e kfc crew, did not cool me down jus stand there sayin. Sorry, all dun hav liao! n gimme dat ai mai shuwa face n wait inpatiently for my order...oso no explain y dun hav, etc...Summore sat nite leh, so early dun have!
If u gonna close at 11pm, den at least make e closin sign at 10.30pm n tell all those quein dat e restaurant is closin soon, nw still got wad sellin, wad dun hav, etc, Dun make ppl que for so long, in e end, all dun hav!!!
In e end, my gal n I did not catch a movie as our movie mood was totally ruined by e kfc experience, instead we go shoppin at level 3 of cineles....
B4 I left dat place, I manage to take down e kfc hotline, I'm gonna call n complain on Monday!!! Dat's for sure!!! -

If u have noticed,nowadays the staff working at kfc are all youngsters,age ranging from 14 to 18..all part time..

standards depends on the manager..
if the manager heck care type rite.. they would heck care teh service oso...
imagine the same restaurant but managed by 2 different manager at 2 different period.. when i was 14-16 n when i was 18...
in the former, the place is clean.. everything is good.. u'd leave enjoyin ur dinner...
in teh latter, the place is DIRTY very! food is found all over on the floor.. u'd leave teh place disgusted... n thinkin no way am i comin back again.. -

they do not want to pay OT for the staff for stay back to clean the kitchen la ...
