  Time to get rid of your fats after so many of Christmas & New Year parties....
  
  North, South, East & Westerners ,Non-singaporeans, Uncles, Aunites, Old & Young, all are welcome.
  
  Come exercise with us and support us.
  
  Our Cycling event :-
  
  Date : 9 January 2005 (Sunday)
  Ferry charge : $4 (To & Fro)
  Time :9am - 6.30pm
  
  Meeting Point :9am Changi Village (outside 7-11 shop)
  
  Schedule
  0900 - 0930hrs Meeting Changi Village (outside 7-11 shop)
  0930 - 1000hrs Buy drinks or go toilet before boarding
  1000 - 1030hrs Ferry to Pular Ubin
  1030 - 1100hrs Seperate groups (Cycling/Fishing)
  1100 - 1300hrs Cycling/Fishing continues.....
  1300 - 1430hrs Lunch/For those who wants to leave early
  1430 - 1730hrs Cycling/Fishing continues.....
  1730 - 1830hrs Activities Ends
  Interested parties, do leave your name behind

  i keen but i long time no cycling and i got phobia cos dat time i scarred myself on the shoulder while cycling in Ubin way bk in 199x.

  No worries, we take care of each other, especially the slow ones... take your time to cycle and njoy the fresh air.. is not a competition anyway..
