  For me, he's an ok fellow.
  Mayb sometimes when it comes to work and datelines.
  he never say properly or there are some miscommunications somewhere....
  it sucks...
  
  Sometimes i was like, wat? I tot i've done up this oredi exactly the way u want it?? Now u tell me i'm not doing it the way...but thats not wat u told b4 wat?? But anyW i'm not the boss.. wat to do? wat can i say...argue also no use. Wtf!!!

  boss sux bt in another way let u gain experience in ur patience so tat nex time u change job will be more skilful in dealing with bosses. aso let u realise tat u bcome more fortunate as compared to past boss if u tu tio a better one nex job..
  
  my boss last time v fierce 1...a perfectionist...even paragraph spacing everyting aso particular...then everytime come back office asked me " what have u been doing in whole morning.pls report to me" then report toher lor...then ok one lar...as long as u did the ting for her she wont scold...then i move to another dept i realised tat actualy i learned alot "so called mistakes"-ways to be a perfectionist frm tat tigeress lor.. for my nex job

  all bosses suck in diff degrees.. one thing for sure.. they always suck.. from mundane things like complaining to serious stuff like wage raise.. but tt's part of their job which requiire them to be distaste at by subordinates.. but there r some very horrible ones la.. office n outside office hrs also come n harrass u..

  My definition of a good boss very simple de.
  
  If the boss sucks but he is able to gv us year-end bonuses, then he is good.

  agreeable, bosses always pisses us off, but we cannot do anything bout it or risk the job... its so unfair... so next time we r bosses, muz treat the employees betta, so they wont backstab us in forums lyk this... lol
