Problems logging in to http://www.miw.com.sg/ user page.

  I need help here.
  
  http://www.miw.com.sg/ is ARMY's website. I'm trying to login and change certain particulars. But cannot. Everytime I try typing in both my password and user ID and click submit, the login page just reappear over and over again preventing me from staying login.
  
  How do I solve this serious problem?
  
  NOTE: I do not have problems logging to other website such as sgforums.com and stuff... I'm on Windows 98SE Internet Explorer ver... 6.0.2600.000.
