Goodness Gracious, then its a blessing i did'nt take over the cafe on the ground floor there. If not probably i will be smacking flies over there.
Has somebody buy it over? Not been there for a long time, i meant the Mall. Last time i went there was with somebody. Hope she is doing well now.

Although i feel its a good buy will not have losses but will not make much also, considering renewing of Lease & Contract, Rental will definitely escalate.
Aside from all that, when you free to have coffee with kor kor? Sunday you working?
