what mobile phone to get?

well, my pretty phone has cracked after i dropped it
my pretty pretty pearl white S200 has an obscene and angry-looking crack now
wondering if i should go throw a lot of money away and get samsung to replace the glass on the front... or should i just go get another just like it (going for $38 for 2 year contract)
should i get a basic phone (i like those no-frills phone) or should i get the seriously tricked out one (functions which i'll probably never use after playing with it for 2 weeks)
decisions decisions...
any suggestions? as to which type of phone to get, and what the advantages are? -
Get a no-frill one lor since u would never use those functions anyway. jOhO has got one of those no frills one from Nokia. Quite good I think.

maybe when i wake up later, i'll think better of it

suggest borrow/get a ez-to-use phone for the moment since it's pretty heart aching now to see the condition... -
Perhaps you may wanna try getting the old but very reliable Nokia 8250.
Check ard harwarezone SG to see if any are selling this one. Considering you are bind to the contract, getting a new phone at retail cost can be quite ex.

should give the samsung fellas a call probably tomorrow or visit them on monday when i'm doing my shopping rounds....
and the N8250.. i have one but mom's using it... don't mind it at all but kinda gotten used to the samsung setup -
yo sup brother bear, how long more to ur contract ends? if it's a short wait or has already ended, u can go for a new one coz its rather cheap wif the signing on of another additional 2 years. else, u could prolly get those reliable no frills type.

phone still working although the crack seems to be getting larger
when they changed and it came back.. it didnt work anymore.. wrote complain letter in kpkb... got a new case + new innards and the phone was good as new.. hehe
morale of the story... dun wait b4 its hard to change without screwing up the innards.. if u wan u could change the cover... then sell off.. can offset the purchase price of whatever fone ur gonna get as replacement
