i think my female boss is also going through a menopause, but she seems ok. well..she does take care of herself very well, does exercise, takes vitamins.. -
men also go thru mid-life crisis..
plus, some ppl don't need any illness/condition to make ppl's life difficult

actually i think they shouldn't too.... cos everyone deals with it differently... i just happened to encounter one bad case at the time i posted this and needed an avenue to vent my angst... kekeke

well, gently advise them...
in all fairness, i mean even if they got menopause, they should not let their work performance affect others and the company..
we on the other hand, should readily identify such problems, and help them solve any problem, lets say they go thru emotional distress...
best if can get experienced people to counsel them..
please do not get boss unless neccessary, i mean having a superior coming to u having a talk might induce undue pressure...
