This is a very interesting topic since you are being honest to the forumites about your lifestyle. Kinda shocked initially....cosh many of the forumites liked to keep their goody goody side alive.
So....i fine with contraceptive lah!
If i have a gf the next time who's that willing....i would encourage her to seek advice from you.

anyway, forget about the people who are out of point...
from whatever i know about, if the couple are physically okay, short of surgery, the IUD is a good method as it is a physical barrier, and the side-effects are short-termed as it is a matter of the lady getting used to it...
no drugs or chemicals involved... but still there's that 1 to 5% chance..
the rest of the pills and stuff will have side-effects.. as you're experiencing now...
physical barriers are awkward unless there are the more semi-permanent ones.. like the one i mentioned...

and of course, she never got pregnant.

Its true the pill nowadays are really safe! My mrs got formula leh ! I dunno how far how true ...but so far , 4 years after our first baby , til now , that "Calender" safety method is quite effective for us !
For instance like....1-7 of the month - mensus ! 8 -13 is the most fertile , most dangerous period , avoid "shooting " inside !
Then from 14-31 onwards , it's safe to do anything !
No pain , no side effects , no medications , no euipment insertions , there's risk involve , low if carefully plan !
Anyway... you all think wanna get pregnant easy ah ?
I saw from an article , a woman out of the 30 days , maybe only 3 healthy days will get pregnant ! Healthy is a way , no stress , no fatigue , no smoking , plus the man himself has to be healthy too !
Pregnant happens to both healthy party !

btw I can't go on pills lah, my body oledi not functioning very well... plus once on pill u have to be off for abt 1 yr to get pregnant. I supposed to plan for one next yr or something.... -
