What methods you find most effective?
I heard thats this IOD, or something like tat, that they insert something into a woman's vagina, and it last for 2 years or so? Just have to go for check up every 6 months. This sounds good, cause there's no chemical effect on your body.
There's an injection that last for 3 months. But there could be side effects. I just did this, and I'm eating like a pig!
Maybe could switch to the IOD method, or whatever you call that.
What other method are there?
I personall hate the pills, it makes you fat, and once you forget, you are dead meat
Need to hear some view, from guys and gals

it's an IUD.. or Intrauterine Device... it's about 95% to 99% effective as a contraceptive device..
before use, a complete checkup by a doc is necessary and a whole host of tests like pap smears and stuff will be done...
effectiveness is immediate after insertion as it is a physical device...
there are few side effects but it is best to check with a doctor for complete listing of them as this bear is just pulling stuff off the top of his head from the stuff learnt from reading

abstinence seems the most attractive to me so far. its 100% effective too

personally I prefer this lah... Pills and other stuffs got too much side effects for my liking... plus why must I run all the risks of side effects while he just enjoy? he want enjoyment, he must be willing to go thru some form of "trouble"... -
