A blind boy sat on the steps of a building. In front of him was a hat and a sign that read:
I am blind. Please help.
In his hat was a few coins. A man walked past, read the sign, and dropped some coins into the boy's hat. Then he took the boy's sign, turned to the back, wrote something on it, then placed the sign in front of the boy so everyone could read what he wrote.
Soon after, people walking past took one look at the boy's sign and all dropped money into his hat. His hat started filling up very fast!
In the afternoon, the same man walked past again, and stopped to see how the boy was doing. The boy recognised his footsteps and asked, "You are the man who changed my sign right? What did you write?"
The man replied, "I wrote for you this phrase:
It is a BEAUTIFUL day today,
But I cannot see it. -
I don't know what is this story trying to imply in it's nature.
But to me...i've realised that i took my life for granted....again.
It's a beautiful day today....but i didn't bother.
