  Heng my friend. I listen to everything.. there's some of this i like..
  some of rock i like, pop, punk, trash metal whatever.
  I even had my periods of listening to rubbish like Deicide and Morbid Angel!?!

  although i gravate more towards R&B, i also listen to punk, metal, rock, rapcore, industrial, even some pop, trance, classical, musical scores n stuff......

  I think the reason why we gravitate towards R&B is cos it's so prevalent everywhere we go.
  When i'm shopping, all i hear is R&B at surf shops and teen shops. It doesn't help that they are really catchy.. LIke Holidae Inn, JLo's All i Have is stuck in my head!! URGH.. and and.. that stupid Milkshake song.. my milkshake brings all the boys in the yard!
  
  Pop on the FM radio, hip hop on the tv charts. In the 80s and early 90s it was Metallica, GNR and Warrant that sort of pop rock. HEHhehe..
  
  Ya know.. ... 10 years on.. i can still remember the lyrics to Locomotive. Isn't that sad?
