had my first Yu Sheng last evening with my army friends -

some misc. and admin work piled up during my days off
almost done.. but gotta see my team boss in a while about counselling some junior officer
later, got "dialogue session" with the no.1 of the organisation... another waste of 2 hours

i cannot... i have to bring up some points which need addressing.. but probably an exercise in futility as the senior management doesn't seem to care about what happens at the ground...
