i need help, guys..
i was juz told by my fark up co tat they cannot release me earlier then my one month notice, so my last day can only be on 25th jan. i tendered on 26th jan. n they say if i wanna go any earlier, i got to pay bk the co money. like if i go 2 weeks earlier, then i got to pay bk 2 weeks pay for the imcomplete one month. if i go off 3 weeks, then i got to fork out 3 weeks pay. they suck lor. i'm like tied down down, cannot leave, but i cannot take even one more day. i will die lor. how? I REALLY CANNOT TAKE IT LIAO!!! -

my co sounds more like a prison to me man
the problem is i got no more leave cos i oredi took watever i can this year, i even took all my mc. tat show how much i really dread working here man. i work at my nite job for hald a year liao, only couldn't work like 3 or 4 times, and its eitehr i'm sick or i got dinner, nothing crappy one lor. unlike working here, i geng every mc i can man.
how, i wanna leave badly. so if i go 2 weeks earlier, then the 2 weeks i work here i wun be paid. -

If it's worded in your employment contract that you have to give one month notice, you'll have no choice but to serve it. Is it stated in your employment contract?
And if you really want to go earlier, got to pay back your company unless your new employer is willing to buy you out.....is it possible to negotiate something like that?
Even if you have leave to utilise, if the company decides not to grant your leave, you'll also be left with no choice.....very sad but true....
Juz cruise along lor, I'm in the same boat as you......really detest where I'm right now getting tons of sh1t fm boss too.....can really sympathise.....
