  thanks man, but it isn't me.. there's just too few people, too much work and too much anger... and the natives are getting restless..
  
  worse, the management don't seem to want to know anything about it and are making things worse...

  it happens ever so often. you have my sympathies .... management doesn't give shit about it. and when you confront them, they say, yes we know about it. the end.

  my last confrontation with management, ended in half the team resigning from their jobs, including me
  
  i'm not proud of it, but i feel that there wasn't any other way
