  uhh... i gotta analyse the crap out of a whole month of cases...
  
  then make a table to show the numbers and simplify the analysis (coz the bosses are too idiotic to know what's going on, got to give it to them in simple numbers and short words )
  
  then write a summary..
  
  then write a summary of the summary for the big bosses (who cannot understand complicated words)
