ya.. even if one party gives in and 'reconciles'.. don't think it'll last.. it's just a temporary relief..Originally posted by KittynMeow:i agree..... and usually it works in the opposite manner... whatever the threat is... the more you threaten, the more the other party wants to get away from you out of fear etc....
a person who cannot accept rejection can resort to very drastic measures... some guys who cannot contain themselves will start kicking a fuss like go to the gal's house and break the flowerpots, harrass the family members, create a racket hoping to humiliate the gal etc. some gals resort to stalking the guy and their new gf etc...Originally posted by sillyme:ya.. even if one party gives in and 'reconciles'.. don't think it'll last.. it's just a temporary relief..
but then again.. a person in rejection can't see the obvious..

i wasnt very firm then, so i dont really dare to say hurting stuff to him, unlike my good friend....
but i remembered he took his parang with him after he found out that my good friend found a bf!~!!!! he followed them everywhere they go....
he wanted to "chop" her bf dead!! that was very scary!!!![]()

i'm guilty of doing irrational things too lah.. but at least my i didn't do very silly (yeah, i'm not silly afterall) stuff..Originally posted by KittynMeow:a person who cannot accept rejection can resort to very drastic measures... some guys who cannot contain themselves will start kicking a fuss like go to the gal's house and break the flowerpots, harrass the family members, create a racket hoping to humiliate the gal etc. some gals resort to stalking the guy and their new gf etc...
really wonder if they stop to think... because if they do, I'm sure they'll realise that the more they do that, the more antangonistic their ex-es will feel towards them.. not love.
true... its hard to think clearly when emotional... so all the more shouldn't act when emotional... should allow some breathing time to be alone to calm down a bit first, think through then act.Originally posted by sillyme:i'm guilty of doing irrational things too lah.. but at least my i didn't do very silly (yeah, i'm not silly afterall) stuff..
actually.. it's hard to think clearly when emotions cloud you.. so unless you are void of feelings.. then it's easier.. so can't blame them sometimes..
Bear is a gentleman. He will if u come over. thats wat i think.Originally posted by Maya061:i will !!! but then when i come, he won't see me, how ???![]()
yup... temperance is a good virtue... most importantly when the cruch time comes we must act accordingly lor.. but sometimes it's just too hard..Originally posted by KittynMeow:true... its hard to think clearly when emotional... so all the more shouldn't act when emotional... should allow some breathing time to be alone to calm down a bit first, think through then act.
Not saying that the person is void of feelings lah... just that there is a need for rationality too.... because when a person is emotional, he or she will often do or say things that they don't mean and regret after that.
hmm....wat answer do u expect??....i think he's more rational lor..Originally posted by choco B:Just a comment. Do you think that when a person is able to have some control over his emotions, or at least is able to stop and breathe before he takes any action.... then he doesn't really have extremely deep feelings invested?

wat to say? I married such a man.... very controlled, rational and matured... but yes just cos he doesn't show it, doesn't mean he doesn't feel... sometimes such ppl feels even more cos they keep it deep inside and doesn't release it....Originally posted by choco B:Just a comment. put a rational person and an emotional person together and this is a likely situation or misperception that will result... that's where communication between parties is all the more vital to the relationship....Originally posted by sillyme:would someone see such indifference feel that he/she isn't loved? that he/she would expect some form of reaction? if not, would it imply that the relationship didn't matter?
