  hi !!! just got back fm lunch. have u lunch ?
  i ate rice+macaroni soup+a little bit spinach & tofu+ little fish (how do i call it ??? ikan teri ?) and y'know it only cost me Rp. 3.000 (S$ 0.60)..haha..very damn cheap, eh ? and the taste also good.

  well...i was wrong..i think it's going to rain outside.
  bet in sg also the same.
  
  hehe...i just gain 3 kilos recently...still not fat but...all my jeans are so tight tight tight now... so really should do some exercise to make me look more tough..haha.. i use dumbles, wanna have muscle so i dun look so weak
  
  i'll drag u out everyday when i'm there , lazying around isn't healthy lor.. do something...jogging would be nice ... or...just walking around the neighbourhood...see some kids playing in the street (i wonder if there any in sg ???), or...join kopi for a football game... that's really good !!!!

  wah.... 60cents won't get anyone a canned drink in singapore
  
  busy today.. morning shifts on weekdays (especially fridays) are always busy
  
  it's good to exercise.. i should get some kinda routine going on
  
  but i'm lazy
  
  muscle mass is always good.. i should do that too.. getting too scrawny for my own good now haven't done any serious exercise since my back injury in '96... but then, it was pretty bad and the docs said i shouldn't be doing any heavy exercises
  
  which means football is totally out knees can't take it anyway
  
  but i lost some weight which is good.. all my pants are way too loose now should go get some new ones
  
  as for football in the streets in singapore? too many cars around
  
  do come over and we'll go walk around
  
  bring you around.. just remembered yesterday when i was stuck at the shopping mall after the seminar tere is an omni-theater there.. see what's showing there... or the one near the science centre.. that one is a big one i like the 3D things that are shown
  
  going to hand over duties in 1/2 hour time
  
  been a long day for me

  i love 3D movies. only got 2 places here to watch here, one in the fantasy world and one in the miniature garden...too far fm my house. well...everywhere is far here. must have ur own car / bike, else u'd be stuck in the worst public transportation in the world !!!
  
  the good thing is..u can still playing football in any open area here. even on sunday on the main street, since it's blocked for all kind of transportation on sunday.

  no.. not too tired.. just aching.. i would go to those fellas who do foot reflexology.. they're pretty good without being painful like the chinese physicians
