  realitybite: peace, bro. Not good with words, we can communicate in other ways. I'm practicising my debating skills here. Tried to help. Sometimes truth hurts. In this area, some people get offended even if nice and polite words are used- because man by nature do not like people telling them that their way is not good. But as beary would say, if I decide something must be done, then damn the consequences. When I said learn from criticism, I am thinking of a saying I learnt long time ago, something like when your opponent criticise you, think over it so that if there is any truth, learn from it. The result is that yr opponent make you a better person. So my last word: if you hear something you don't like, think a bit: is there any truth? Rather than say whoever is against me must be wrong. They can be wrong- but so can you. Only pride prevents you from learning.
