You sound coherent enough, but be best if you get a real long rest. Its been months of turmoil coupled with insomnia and I don't know- alcohol and nicotine? I mean, its only a finite human body, so, time to recuperate.........and do you mean that your ubiquitious night and day presence here is largely due to the crisis? Yes, people get helped by 'cheer up' approach too- humans appreciate the kind words of a fellow human. Many ways to help, but not all ways the same or equal.
