  yup... e wine is actually a French spirit, called Pastis, basically aniseed liquor. Its stronger than vodka n whiskey.
  
  Anyway e 1st dish is fettuccine with un-dried tomato alfredo cream sauce, with butter fried mushrooms, brinjals n tomatos.
  
  2nd dish is gemilli in plain alfredo cream sauce with diced peppered ham
