Recipe for some kinda Minestrone.. with cheats involved...
3 tomatoes
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes
2 cans of Campbell's Beef Comsomme (add 2 cups of water)
1 packet Continental Vegetable dry soup powder
1 bunch of spring onions
1 bunch of celery
2 cans of green French Beans
1 kilo carrots
2 chicken cubes
1 oxo cube
dice all vegetables and throw everything above into a pot, add salt and pepper, bring to boil and allow to boil rapidly for 10 minutes... simmer until all the stuff is tender..
add water as preferred...
cheat version of minestrone! -

Well the important things in the soup would be carrots,beef and tomatos.Usually i cheap and dump katchup in hehe but might get abit sweet.
Haiya u wan soup the best is beef stew!!Water,Beef,potatoes,tomatoes,carrots,flour(optional) and onions!!!Oh and a pot and stove

u mean minestrone can be made from juz water, beef, carrots, flour? or i juz add in onions and celery? so simple ah?
