  as for ppl like ceecookie, watch your mouth. tis is a tragedy, not something to be laughed at or joke abt. many ppl died. u might be next.

  well im shocked to hear bout phuket.
  
  its my home away from home.
  
  have many thai frens there. managed to contact some. hope the rest r ok...

  if it happen two weeks later, i would have been there, dead probably

  There are... just the expert didn't think it'll be so huge. Esp it's after the 9.0 earthquake. There are always false alarms for Tsunami as they are harder to predict... but this is really too huge and unexpected.
