SE was so enthusiastic about promoting emcom, say will earn how much with Emcom, say WILL yes will, I'm quoting them, wireless 90% of Taichung. In the end the ST report debunked it as fake, Taichung govt knows nothing about it. Then someone comes along n says because its a "private project". Private they say. They might have a telecom licence, but not an approval? Haha what crap. Later Taichung indeed announced they had awarded wireless, but not to Emcom. Then what? the whole thing vanished.

Haha, Sunshine Empire is hopeless. Now that the reputation of the polytechnics are involved, I am sure police investigations would hit hard into individuals as well.
Natrually, despite being in a happy family and being all about sharing the happiness of money, I am sure the uplines will desert these poor ignorant (but blatantly arrogant) kids and claim they never did approve nor were they aware of such activities.
The fact that CAD has taken so long has only resulted in SE opening new accounts and creating more trouble. Emmax has been able to give old members back their usual 1k monthly rebates and suddenly people start "believing". Oh dear.
Is there no end to stupidity?

The last I heard they are teaching teens to sell paper clips to "graduate" from their SE course, and to "qualify" and fund for their trip to HK / Macau. Teaching them how to lie to the public saying its for school work.

I think it's what they called "human game" where the students were given some "useless" items and were told to raise as much money as they can by selling the items given within a period of time. But I think the money they raised goes into the pocket of the trainers instead of being used for their overseas trips. "Trainer fee" or "fund for the lessons". Another way for SE/Em-max/Niulifestyle to earn from the effort of the newcomers.

That is cheating people's money. Tricking them into believing it's for school work. And of cos selling paperclips.... at 10 dollars is outrageous. Other than that, its illegal to do so without a permit. And some agents resort to self making permits. For that they can be charged with faking a permit.
What's most important is that they had been dilluded by their so called "leaders" into believing they can be rich and to an extant that they'll go all the way to HK to support the "leaders" and hence willing to do such a dumb thing as to sell paperclips, folded straws and paper stars to "qualify and fund their journey there. It is stated in some of the agents' blogs, which not surprisingly had all been deleted or made private en masse.

That's becos the land the billboard is on, isn't the land the building is supposed to be built!
The actual location is on the land that is currently occupied by a row of houses behind the billboard land.
Those houses are 'bumiputras', and the chances of buying over those lands are very slim.

1. From what I know, the Em-TaiChung and Em-Taipei wireless city project was only bidded by EmCom, but the bid was not won by EmCom.
2. The Empire Properties Venture's claimed projects, all does not exist.
