If Can't Book IPPT@NS.SG,How? Call 1800-3676767 Talk to CSO?

  As it was previously allowed us to book IPPT online via www.ns.sg but now I can't seem to log in with my NRIC and date of birth. It shows unauthorized user. Anyone has smiliar encounter? How to book my IPPT? Thanks in advance.

  call them but never picked up. call until 10 times already, keep saying 'our officer is busy at the moment, we will attend to you shortly.' I hear until I can memorize their scripts.
