i am not irritated that u dunno abt such things, but him being a MANAGER should know these basic terms. -
nothing to do rite??, y not try do some planning and PR with the staffs of other restaurants.
Note down suggestions, problems faced, operating procedures,...etc from the staffs,
study and improvise the working environment. -
