Wheat Grass anyone?

  i have recently started consuming wheat grass capsules. heard that they are pretty good for cleansing the system and improving blood circulation. Anyone tried it before?

  as a drink not bad lah. but i wont go to the extent of eating the capsule.

  u mean that wheat grass power drink sold at kopitiam? thats not a nutritional drink actually. the real taste of wheat grass is not that sweet...hehehhee
