  mobile phone plan lor...
  
  current plan is under mum's name, tamago tells me in order to change plan i need my mum's ic as well as my own....

  if u are above 18, u can go an apply one urself...then get ur mom to cancell the existing one loh..

  if i want the phone that bad, i may have to cancel plan and get new one...
  
  but if they will accept a form of identification other than IC, like passport, then still got hope..

  today is last day of promo lor...
  
  but wait...the singtel documents i got say im eligible for change of instrument/equipment 1 year from date of sign up (5 Sept 2006).
  
  like this...can still get the phone by itself or not? just pay $100 on top of the promo price?
