Sorry guys...didn't know how to create a new forum so I thought I'd ask here
Got into an argument with someone who blocked my way in a car park and now the other guy wants to sue me for insulting him with a centre finger when all I did is show him an open palm out of frustration. Best part is he got out of his car and approached me while I locked myself in mine. After a while, I even backed off and bypassed his car so as not to block a few cars behind me.
Now I have to go to small courts because of him. What is the best course of action? Sigh....Everyone says its just a small personal summon. -

Well, he got out of my car and approached me while I stayed in mine. I did feel scared and I remembered the advice to always stay in the car to avoid being accused of also coming out of the car. He pointed his index finger at me and said he wanted to sue me. His sister was with him and also supported him, naturally of course.
Best part is when he roped in the police, the police told me that they would not get involved as it was a private matter and when I asked if it was a crime, they said no if I claimed that I did not show any rude sign. Besides, the police said it was not even necessary to take down my particulars unless he wanted to pursue it in court.
My friends all laughed when I told them what happened but of course I am not taking any chances...
What do you think -
