Nokia 3310: "contact service" ????

  my mum's 3310 display "contact service" this morning and i try to swap her SIM with mine and the SIM is working perfectly, i even call up SingTel (blood sucker!) to check and her SIM is working 110% perfectly. Anyone out there who can solve the mystery "contact service"
