Dead baby girl found abandoned at Senja Road Blk 623 near the mail box. Saw this news in 29/3/2004 Lianhe Wanbo.
But don't know why it wasn't reported in the Straits Times leh.
It's really a sad thing. So young, a live gone, just like that .... -
