Which part of the frog is hashima?
It LOOKS good, especially when it's served chilly and you're told there's rock sugar with it.
But when I think of the frog part, I don't even want to drink the soup.
Hehehehehe I've tried frog legs before when I was younger. Does taste like chicken, just that it's more tender and fine.Originally posted by the Bear:i have no idea
my sis is like you.. refuses to touch it
why? frog is yummy! frog porridge and claypot frog with dried chilli is heavenly when eaten together!!

oh.. my sis refuses to eat it but when we disguise it, she eats it anyway... the frog porridge was just cooked deboned... sis wolfed it down thinking it was chicken...

But now I think if I see it again, I'll probably throw up.
Nowadays stomach a bit weak. I almost threw up after eating one prawn just now.
Wah piang. How can you bully your sister like this???????
Hee I think my stomach is alright lar. Just that it's always been somewhat shellfish-unfriendly Sometime when I was in primary school, I had a prawn and ended up feeling nauseous the entire day. Ever since then it's been like that.Originally posted by the Bear:poor you... must look after tummy... see a doc to find out why?
i must also remember not everyone has a cast iron gut like me
as for bullying sis? she does things too

Snow crabs? They've got a buffet there that serves Snow Crabs! Hehehe. But I think one diner is allowed two servings maximum.Originally posted by the Bear:sweet shrimp is nice to eat!

My mom told me in her younger days, medicinal halls sold dried scallops, and they were so cheap that the owners didn't mind kids putting their hands into the container to get one to eat!
