  be careful with the bird nest stuff..
  
  there was a documentary with some chinese doctor from the chinese TCM university who said that it's totally useless... and may cause asthma attacks because of the impurities like feathers, ticks and other kinds of even grosser things that cannot be seen by the naked eye..
  
  the asthma may be bad enough to kill...
