took one of my roommates out before the exams for a day out in the town, running around, doing silly things, taking our minds off the exams...
relaxed the heck out of him and he says he did a heck of a lot better than he would if totally stressed
I took alot of leave this month.. and for next month too.
I'm on leave on day before the exam, and on the day itself.
Don't think I'll play much before the exam on the actual day... I think the more I play, the more mistakes I'll start to make.
I think I'm still not good at handling stress. It doesn't overcome me anymore, but it still bugs me and I'm not effectively fighting it.

stress handling comes with experience sometimes.. live and learn.. and ultimately, you figure out how to handle things

but i really really admire those women in the same school, 30+ and they just started learning, and they even dared to perform on stage with very simple songs! such an inspiring bunch of people.... -

I'm not good at playing for others to listen.. When I play alone I can sound really alright.. but when I play for ears other than my own, I start to fumble. Been like that ever since I was young...!!! One hurdle to cross. Maybe I'll try harder to pretend the examiner is transparent. -
