Cost of Making Commerical CD

Hi,
Does anyone knows the cost of making Data CD for 5000 copies?
I don't mean those that you can "burn" with your CDRW. I mean those type that people used for selling.

Mass produced CDs are manufactured by stamping. Their production costs is roughly between SGD$0.04 to SGD$0.40.

Mass producing copies on CD-Rs is one of the poorest yet most economical way. CD-Rs employ the use of dyes to have their data "burnt" in, thus they have a higher chance of encountering read problems.
The music CDs that are industry standard are stamped. Only the original CD is laser cut. The metal film encapsulated within the CD is stamped or imprinted with a metal press before the plastic is layered on. -

If it is on the upper limit, the cost of having 5000 CDs is $0.40 x 5000 = $2000. So I need to know how much do they actually charge. You see, their production cost is not my production cost, because my production cost is their selling price (their production cost + profit).
Do you know what's the minimum quantity that they can accept before they can do mass production? -
