either local radio or whatever CD was playing the night before. Then again, i mostly go to sleep only when morning comes, so emm, not applicable mostly haha sorry ....

i listen to the bustling sounds of buses and trains... the shuffling of feet of people... the sounds made by the gantry at the MRT stations, the loud beep on the buses...

sometimes will listen to my discman on e way to school but gonna kick tis habit away ... tend to be so engrossed in e music tat my frens call me i oso dunno ...

at work i listen to my own mp3s...which i will stream on sgforums music station at the same time -
hmmm sometimes i turn on something from larc en ciel.. or siam shade.. what genre is that ah? anyway it's like loud.. so it kinda wakes me up.
But on some mornings I also like to tune in to 92.4FM or Gold 90.5FM... -

the first 10 mins when u wake and the last 10 mins b4 u sleep r absolutely impt in terms of influencing our subconscious and our mood. so its best to listen to some uplifting and stimulating music as u sleep and as u wake.
