  situation's like this.. was picking up once traffic light turn green. easily over 70km/h at orchard road. went past a TP. the bugger was there at meridien there for the handover of PM at istana. the stupid idiot saw me pick up and quickyly come over from his bike and see where i go. (probably see my no plate) but he never chase me or wat la.
  My question is: CAN HE SUMMON ME FOR SPEEDING? CFM GOT NO SPEED TRAP OR LASER ETC. CAN HE SUMMON ME WITH JUST MY LIC PLATE? WITHOUT ANY PROOF???

  well i dunno install liao or not but CONFIRM i was not caught by laser or wat.. just wanna know if no plate itself can do anything to me without proof?

  have you got the tix for speeding ?
