  Would like to buy a full face helmet with a budget of $200 ...
  
  Pls do not recommend ah boy stuff
  
  Personnally my friend have a Arai ... wanted to buy a SPARE helmet ....

  Don't think can get another Arai or Shoei for $200... so can only recommend AGV or Nolan. Can try Chong Aik (Joo Chiat) or Looi's. I think Motoworld also has a lot of HJCs, but not sure about the price.

  HJC within budget. quality also not bad
  plain black ones $110 hab liao
