- Motor Cycle Insurance Online Proposal Form -
Statement Pursuant to Section 25(5) of the Insurance Act (Cap 142)
(or any subsequent amendments thereof)
You are to disclose in this Proposal Form fully and faithfully, all the facts which you know or ought to know in respect of the risk that is being proposed; otherwise, the policy issued hereunder may be void.
IMPORTANT
Please note that the liability of NTUC Income does not commence until this proposal has been accepted by NTUC Income.
This policy will carry a Premium Warranty Clause which requires the premium to be paid in full within a specific period failing which there would be no liability under the policy.
For private car and motor cycle, if the Registered Owner is not driving the vehicle, the particulars of the Named Driver must be stated in this Proposal Form.
All private car and motor cycle Policyholders shall be responsible for a further Excess of $1,000 and $500 respectively, in addition to the Excess stated under the Policy whilst the motor vehicle is driven by any Authorised person (other than the Insured or Named Driver) who is under the age of 21 years and/or who has held a full driving licence for less than 2 years.
With effect from 15th February 2003 we will not be accepting new proposals for the following vehicles:

Honda CB 400 CB400 Super 4, CB 400 V-tec, CBR400RR
Honda NV 400 , NV 400CT (Steel ), NV 400CS (Shadow) Honda RVF400

i noe comprehensive covers everything, so its e safest 2 buy tt... but its so exp nw... wats the diff bet third party n TPFT? wat does it cover?... isit worthwhile 2 change plan?.... -

its safest to buy comprehensive as it covers u in case u have a self accident.
thid party covers only the other person u had the accident w. nt yrslf.
tpft is third party plus fire n theft. in case fire or loss of yr bike still can claim. -
hai..... they're applying bandaids on something that needs surgery.
maybe they're just trying to force ppl off motorcycles for good.
all bikers should just get together and form a class action lawsuit against them. -
