Hi there everyone...
couldn't help but be tempted to look at this topic cos i heard from a friend there was a guy in here who took the name of the malaysian race track.. Pasir Gudang...
and it's kinda funny to see what he says in here....
can't help but feel a little sense of pity for him....
can see him frantically trying to sound professional and knowledgeable, but not getting any from the rest of the forum... kinda funny dun you all think so?
anyway... i fully respect the aprilia 250 on the tracks... it's a really amazing bike... i have seen some of my friends use the bike to it's fullest potential, and it's amazingly awesome....fast and nimble in turns...
i just wanna put my 2 cents worth in here and say that there are many types of riders out there... ... ... never under-estimate the abilities of someone on a smaller bike... but that doesn't mean that we over-estimate the smaller bikes too... just becos a smaller bike (in this case a 250cc aprilia) beats ONE rider on an R1... doesn't necessarily mean that the bike is faster or more powerful than the R1... it all depends on the rider... and there are so many other factors involved in riding a bike... maybe the R1 rider is new on his bike? taking his time so as not to make any mistake that might cost him money and time to tow his bike back to SG?....
i hope i dun antagonise anyone with what i say here... just being stating facts that we, ESPECIALLY MR PG, shoud be aware that we all have to be realistic and not over-exaggerate details... even if we want others to respect us....
hanging out with racers don't automatically make us racers, either.... and no matter what stage in life we are at, there is always something new to learn.... even in motorcycling....
