u can try parking at the building where there is starbucks and california fitness ctr, directly opp cineleisure, free somemore... but dun park till too late, say after midnite, cos they will close all exits and entrance to the carpark...

To enter the carpark u cannot go by orchard road ...

So to speak is under orchard building, can only go in via the open carpark opp cineleisure. Cos usually I go there via CTE, that is using Orchard Road... Oso got the entrance to the orchard building carpark, just beside the 7-Eleven, but guess no entry leh... So you cfm through the other entrance I can go in huh, so just change my route to come cineleisure via somerset road lor... np. thnks.
