Kawasaki Kips Tyres

  haloz.. anyone has recommendation on what sort of tyres i shud get for my kawasaki kips and also cheap garage where i can get this tyres.. Noe of some garage in bukit merah that is selling bridgestone front & back tyres at $180.. feel that its a bit ex.. any gd recommendation

  Why want to change? You using IRC tyres? Hmm.. I heard some say go malaysia(KL) change much cheaper...

  i got mine for 180 too.... guess the price is abt the same anywhere in singapore... mine is battlex

  Where do you stay at?I can recommend good tyres at cheap price to you.ITs at tampnes.TT900 front 110/80 and back 110/90 cost only $180.And don ever believe in malaysia tyres.It may ne the same brand.But mostly make in thailand(Same Of IRC tyre).not from japan.

  IRC tyres??
  they r the 'ai lee si' tyre leh......
  so slippery especially on rainin days.........no grip on the ground......

  throw away the stupid IRC tyres..... spend the extra money or u will still have to spend much more at the motortiam or hospital

  IRC tyres realli is ai ri see lor.. rainy daes damn slippery, a lot of times nearly skii n buang liao, even brake a bit nia slippery like dunno wat shit keke. Better spend some money get a better tyres rather den spend money spend hospital keke. I accident ok lar, but if pillion gf den accident how, jialat liao lor..

  hmm, from what i see, its like most garage selling at ard e price of $180 for both front n back hor.. HKL, dun seems to have heard of this brand before.. I initially though of changing either bridgestone, michellin or dunlop tyres.. Any comments on these tyres or other recommendations u guys can provide. I heard tat bridgestone is quite gd n also for wet weather too.. Dunno izt soooo true keke.. Anyone change kips tyres before, can suggest??

  HKL is not the brand is the bike shop.
  But Ah Tiang I feel tht HKL might be cheap but the service not as good as last time?High light me if I am wrong.
  I change my battlex at HKL front and back $160only.

  try using Dunlop TT900... tat tyre save my life alot of time..onces corner over a small patch of mud on the road with that tyre, bike skid abit den manage to grip back the road... or else i would haf fly all the way down the slope liao. Spend more money on a better ones...

  HKL is the name of a motor shop, not a brand fer tyres....
  
  tis shop is located @ bt merah, ppl always call tat shop ah bee, as its the name of the boss, the tyres, really cheap . . .

  fer me, i think no nid wait aft run in loh, better change 1st... bridgestone not bad, but dun use tyres fer bigger cc bikes as HKL mech always tell pple beri safe bla bla bla~~

  get BT 39ss. heard tat this tyre not bad.juz nice for kips.my frend tell me to get it at HKL. think $150 can get liao
  im changing soon~~~~~~~~ once i get my pay~~

  Yup,think they are famous now.
  Service also fu*k up already.
  But if wan to service bike for cheap can go there plus yr eyes see them do if not they anyhow do yr bike tht all.
  Your eyes seeing them do atleast they dun anyhow do.
  Just my 2cents.
  Always go there mostly my off day.
