  Usually ROV only check on modifications and TP are in charge of rules and rugulations on the traffic ... but nowadays ... ROV also help out in what TPs is doing liao ... so guys pls beware of the white volvo on the expressway ... look at its number plate then u will know is QX???? ... kana once liao ... haizzz
